Catch Wrestling Heritage
2023 marked a tremendous opportunity as the National Lottery Heritage fund gave us financial support via our voluntary club: Aspull Olympic Wrestling Club. Part of this funding allowed us to digitise historic documents to allow them to be shared with the online community.
Here is a precious glimpse into some of those memories of our rich heritage.
We have also worked closely with Wigan & Leigh Archives, who have equally been invaluable in their tremendous support, and have kindly agreed to also provide a digital platform to showcase further material.
