This course covers the Level 3 Techniques from the manual, taught over 5 days.
In Level 3, we cover lots of mat wrestling techniques, making you a more well rounded wrestler.
This is a step up from Level 2 course, and a very good level of Fitness is required.
A Level 3 Manual is required for this course.
