The course covers the Level 1 Techniques from the Manual, taught over 5 days.
This is a great way to learn the foundations of Catch Wrestling, from stances, to takedowns.
Throughout these Accreditations, the techniques are taught the same way that Roy Wood was taught by his coach, and you will be assessed on these techniques in order to earn your Level 1 Accreditation.
A Level 1 Manual is required for this course.
